Frequently Asked Questions

What steps do I need to take before building or remodeling any outside structures on my property? Woodcreek Crossing covenants requires each homeowner to submit plans and specifications along with a Architectural Committee Request Form to the Architectural Committee prior to construction. The Committee will then review your plans for compliance with the covenants. A downloadable form is available in the Members Only area of this web site.

Who is the trash collection provider? Please be aware that Article X, Section 12 of the covenants states that trash collection services for the Development shall be provided only by an entity selected and designated by the Association. The association has selected Ray's Trash Service as your provider. Trash may be placed at the curb of each Lot no earlier than 8:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled collection, and trash receptacles shall not be permitted to remain outside for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours. Please contact Ray's Trash Service to sign up for service, and you must tell them you are a memeber of the Woodcreek Crossing Homeowners Association to receive your reduced rate.
